Brazilian electoral court fined again for passing bell Rousseff.
Brasilia, July 20 .- The Brazilian electoral court announced today that it has fined for the fifth time the presidential candidate of the Workers' Party (PT), Dilma Rousseff, to promote itself as such before the last day in June, when the campaign began official .
According to the Superior Electoral Court, Rousseff committed the infraction to intervene in some television advertisements, star trek online credits, issued by the PT between 11 and 18 last June, when it had not yet begun the election campaign, and must pay a fine of 5,000 reais (2824 dollars).
In these programs, the court held that Rousseff was presented as a candidate for the presidency and even asked the electorate votes.
The ads were aired on regional television channels, sto credits, in Sao Paulo, so that the electoral court also fined the representation of the PT in the state over 7500 real (4237 dollars).
Rousseff had already been fined four times for the same reason why the electoral justice has also sanctioned five times the current president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, leader and founder of PT.
The Superior Electoral Tribunal also studied the, sto credits, PT four complaints against the presidential candidate of the opposition Social Democratic Party (PSBD), Jose Serra, of the same causes.
Serra Rousseff and prrences of the electorate divided, and according to all opinion polls, are tied at about 40 percent of voting intentions for the elections to be held next October 3.
